1.1 — Platform Overview

betd is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting and live dealer experiences for players in Bangladesh. This platform operates through SSL encryption and advanced security measures.

1.2 — Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, payment transactions and communications on betd. The betd Privacy Policy is considered an integral part of these Terms.

1.3 — Language and Interpretation

These Terms have been drawn up in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or question of interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. betd reserves the right to make the final decision on any matter.

2.1 — One Account Policy

Each individual may operate one account only. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all accounts and associated funds being forfeited.

2.2 — Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or terminated, and any deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 — Password and Security

3.1 — Minimum Age Requirement

betd is for persons aged 21 or above only. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If it is subsequently proven that you are a minor, the account will be permanently closed and all transactions will be considered void.

3.2 — Identity Verification (KYC)

betd may request any of the following documents from you at any time for identity verification:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Payment method verification (bKash, Nagad or Rocket account proof)

betd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

4.1 — Deposit Methods and Limits

betd supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 — Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests are only applicable to verified payment methods.

4.3 — Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Only payment accounts registered in your own name are permitted. Conducting transactions on behalf of another person or for another person is strictly prohibited.

4.4 — Currency

All transactions on betd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

betd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus option must be selected at the time of the first deposit after registration.

5.2 — General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once per account or per household.
• Winnings earned using a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• betd reserves the right to change bonus rules without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, betd may cancel the bonus.
• Separate terms apply for cashback and reload bonuses.

5.3 — VIP Cashback

Members under the betd VIP program receive weekly cashback. Benefits increase progressively from the Bronze level through to the Diamond level. See Section 8 for details.

6.1 — Fair Play Policy

betd is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are sourced from reputable providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and Ezugi, who use independent auditing bodies to verify the fairness of their games.

6.2 — Automated Software Prohibited

The use of any automated bots, scripts, software or artificial intelligence while playing on betd is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the permanent closure of the account.

6.3 — Technical Errors

Results or winnings displayed incorrectly due to a technical error in any game will be considered void. betd reserves the right to make the final decision in such situations.

6.4 — Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and betting market, and are displayed in the game interface. betd reserves the right to change these limits.

7.1 — Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities violates betd rules:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Bonus abuse or use of bonus hunting strategies
• Operating multiple accounts
• Collusion or coordination with other players
• Hacking or attempted cyber attacks
• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks
• Providing a false identity or documents

7.2 — Account Suspension and Termination

If any of the above violations are observed, betd may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. In such cases, the funds in the account may be forfeited.

7.3 — Voluntary Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Please arrange to withdraw any eligible remaining funds before closing.

8.1 — VIP Levels

The betd VIP program has five levels, each with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

8.2 — VIP Level Progression

It is possible to gradually advance to higher VIP levels through regular play and active participation on the platform. betd determines VIP levels by reviewing each player's activity.

8.3 — VIP Benefit Terms

Cashback benefits are calculated each week based on net losses. betd reserves the right to change the rules and benefits of the VIP program. VIP levels may be reduced if inactive.

9.1 — Service Guarantee

betd strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or third-party factors. betd bears no obligation to provide compensation in such situations.

9.2 — Gaming Losses

Gaming is a recreational activity and always involves financial risk. Players participate voluntarily and betd is not responsible for a player's losses. We encourage responsible gaming.

9.3 — Third-Party Services

betd is not responsible for any issues with payment platforms such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. The terms and conditions of those services apply.

10.1 — Data Collection

betd collects personal information during registration, transactions and platform use. This information is used solely to provide services, verify identity and ensure security.

10.2 — Data Confidentiality

12.2 — Acceptance of Changes
